Reply:Cloggs have a closed toe section FlipFlops have a strip of what is usually rubber or plastic vertically in the shoe this goes inbetween the large toe and the next smaller toe and often has and arrow shaped strip of rubber plastic or leather ect for which is enough to stop the flipflop from falling off the foot
